We offer a full 14 day money back guarentee on all jewellery bought for any reason, whether it be the piece is too small, too big, the wrong size or just not suitable. Although earrings are excluded from this we do give refunds if they are damaged. We will not give refunds on any jewellery that we deem has been delibrately damaged. We will also not give any refunds on any item that has been engraved.
Please note that all refunds are given at our discretion. Please allow up to 14 days for the money to be refunded.
COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

- Step 1: You must request a Product Return

1. Click on "LOGIN" (the "LOGIN" link is located at the top of Right side in every page).
2. Click on the "MY TOOLS" (the "My Account" link is located at the top of every page).
3. Click on the "Go to Transaction History" Button located on the Right side.
4. Select any completed Order and Click on the "View" button located on the Right side.
5. Select the item you want to return and Click on the "Request Return" button located at the Top of Right side.
6. Select the return reason, request response for the selected items along with from address.
7. Click on the "Return Selected Item(s)" button located on the Right side.
8. Administrators will create the return until unless the message will display as "Request return pending message" for the request return item.
- Step 2: We provide you with a Request Return and instructions to complete your return
- We'll notify you via e-mail once we have received your request Return. In most of cases, you should receive within a week by e-mail:
- Step 3: We process your return and proceed to the refund of your product
- We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund from us all items. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment as far as possible
