Colcort Terms & Conditions

Please don't be put off by the terms and conditions, they are there to make processing your order be as smooth as possible.
1. We will only dispatch goods upon receipt of cleared payment. There is no exception to this.
2. We always obtain proof of posting.
3. We only consider an item lost if it has not been received within 14 days, in the ordinary post.
4. Please e-mail us at colinanto@aol.com before sending any returns. This will allow us to process the return more easily.
5. Sometimes we may temporarily sell out of a product but if we have any issues with the supply of your item we will let you know.
6. In the unlikely event that your product arrives with you damaged we will replace it free of charge. All we ask is that you post us back the
damaged item plus the packaging it came in.
7. Most of our products are unboxed. It will always specify in the listing as to whether or not a box is included. If you would like a box please
purchase one from the gift boxes section of our e-bay shop.
8. All our products are guarenteed for two years against any manufacturing faults. This doesn't include customer neglect. If your item should develop
a fault please return it to us and we will replace the item free of charge. Please note that all returns are entirely at our discretion.
9. We do not give refunds on Earrings or Body Jewellery, unless it is damaged.
